grap89 Platform Rules

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Access to and use of the grap89 Platform is conditional on the Player meeting all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which the Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. grap89 enforces a strict 21+ policy in accordance with internationally recognized responsible gaming standards and in recognition of the legal majority age applicable to gaming activity in the target market.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming activity of this nature is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online betting in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of grap89 or any of its affiliated companies, technology partners, or game suppliers.
• You must be acting as a principal on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or trustee for any third party. Only the registered Account holder may place bets and conduct transactions.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from grap89 or be subject to a voluntary or involuntary exclusion order on any other licensed gaming platform.
• You must not be subject to any legal incapacity that prevents you from entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

To use the grap89 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a single Account. The following conditions apply to all Accounts:

• One Account per player: Each natural person may hold only one registered Account on grap89. Opening or operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address at registration. All information must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. You may update your contact details at any time by contacting support.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. grap89 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Notification of unauthorized access: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify grap89 immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. grap89 will take prompt action to secure the Account pending investigation.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: grap89 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time that grap89 has reasonable grounds to verify a Player's identity. The following documents may be requested:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP — Indonesian National Identity Card, passport, or equivalent).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (front image of bank card, screenshot of e-wallet account confirming name match).
• Source of funds documentation where grap89's internal risk controls flag a transaction as requiring enhanced due diligence.

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 14 calendar days of the request will result in the Account being restricted from withdrawals until documentation is received and verified.

All financial transactions on the grap89 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). grap89 does not charge currency conversion fees; what you deposit in Rupiah is what appears in your Account Balance.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon. Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited to your Account within minutes of bank confirmation.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja. Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000. E-wallet deposits are typically credited instantly.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a payment method registered in your name. grap89 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification as described in Section 3.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes for verified Accounts during peak operational hours. In exceptional circumstances (system maintenance, bank holidays, enhanced verification requirements), processing may take up to 24 hours. grap89 will notify you via email if a withdrawal is subject to a delay.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the applicable bonus offer. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before satisfying the Wagering Requirement will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• grap89 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal that triggers our internal risk controls, regardless of whether the Account has previously completed KYC.

grap89 offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific offer documentation states otherwise:

• One bonus per promotion per player: Each Player is entitled to claim a specific promotional offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states it is a recurring offer. Using multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes bonus abuse and is subject to the penalties described in Section 6.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement stated in the offer documentation, typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30×). The wagering requirement must be met in full before any portion of the Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Validity period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any Bonus Funds and associated wagering progress that have not been completed before the expiry date will be automatically removed from the Account without compensation.
• Game restrictions: Certain bonus offers may restrict eligible games or may weight wagering contributions differently by game category (e.g., slots may contribute 100% toward the Wagering Requirement while live casino games contribute 10%). The applicable contribution rates are stated in the specific offer documentation.
• Withdrawal prior to completing wagering: If a Player requests a withdrawal before completing the Wagering Requirement on an active bonus, grap89 reserves the right to deduct the Bonus Funds and any winnings attributable to those Bonus Funds from the withdrawal amount before processing.
• Modification and withdrawal of offers: grap89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Such changes will not affect bonus claims that have already been successfully credited to a Player's Account.

The following actions and behaviors are strictly prohibited on the grap89 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information at registration or during KYC; using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods; impersonating another person.
• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account, whether in your own name or under aliases.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, live dealer games, or sports betting pools.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated program to place bets, complete Wagering Requirements, or interact with the Platform in a way not intended for human users.
• Exploitation of system errors: Taking advantage of any technical error, incorrect odds posting, software bug, or system malfunction to place bets that would not otherwise be available or profitable. grap89 reserves the right to void any bets placed under such circumstances.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity; making deposits with no genuine intention to wager; structuring transactions to obscure the origin of funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider while funds are present in your grap89 Account. Any Account subject to an unauthorized chargeback will be suspended pending investigation and the disputed amount will be offset against any remaining Balance.
• Abusive behavior: Directing threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing communications toward grap89 staff or other Players via any channel including live chat, email, or social media.

All content on the grap89 Platform — including but not limited to the grap89 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, betting markets, odds data, promotional materials, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of grap89 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By accessing the Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming activity in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the Platform without prior written consent from grap89.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game engine underlying the Platform.
• Use the grap89 name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any promotional, commercial, or public-facing material without express written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website or application without grap89's prior written approval.
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract odds data, match statistics, or any other structured data from the Platform for commercial use.

Any unauthorized use of grap89's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law. grap89 actively monitors for unauthorized use of its brand assets and will pursue remedies where appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, grap89 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and technology partners expressly disclaim all liability for:

• Betting losses: The outcome of any bet or wager placed on the Platform. All betting involves financial risk and grap89 accepts no responsibility for losses incurred through normal gameplay.
• Service interruptions: Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, technical failures, third-party infrastructure issues, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications outages, and cyberattacks.
• Data transmission errors: Delays, losses, or errors in data transmitted between your device and the Platform's servers, including miscommunication of bet placement confirmations.
• Third-party content: The accuracy, availability, or legality of any third-party content, software, or services integrated into or linked from the Platform, including game content provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft.
• Indirect or consequential loss: Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if grap89 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under mandatory consumer protection law, grap89's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

grap89 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all Players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable recreational activity, and grap89 provides a comprehensive suite of tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming behavior.

Player-controlled tools available on grap89:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period. Once reached, the Platform will prevent further wagering until the limit period resets.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you how long you have been actively playing, helping you stay aware of time spent on the Platform.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen prompts summarizing your net gaming result for the current session, displayed at intervals you define.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. During self-exclusion, your Account will be locked and you will not receive any marketing communications from grap89. To activate self-exclusion, contact support at [email protected].
• Take a break: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without formal self-exclusion. This feature can be activated instantly from your Account settings.

Either grap89 or the Player may terminate the Account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Player-initiated closure: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (after deducting any Bonus Funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC if not previously verified.
• grap89-initiated suspension: grap89 may suspend an Account with immediate effect where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, Prohibited Conduct, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or where required to do so by a competent authority. During suspension, access to the Account and all associated funds will be restricted pending the outcome of an investigation.
• grap89-initiated termination: Following investigation, grap89 may permanently close an Account and, where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed, may forfeit the Balance held in that Account to the extent permitted by applicable law. grap89 will notify the Player of the outcome of any investigation and provide a summary of the grounds for termination.
• Termination for inactivity: Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. grap89 will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. Where a dormancy administration fee is applicable, it will not exceed Rp 10.000 per month and will only be applied where the Account Balance permits.

Sections 1 (Definitions), 7 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Limitation of Liability), and 11 (Governing Law) survive termination of these Terms and will continue to apply after an Account is closed.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming law as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which grap89 operates.

grap89 is licensed and regulated internationally as a remote gaming operator. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that online betting activity may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your place of residence, including the laws of Indonesia.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through grap89's internal complaints process (see Section 12) shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body designated by grap89's licensing authority. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of arbitration.

grap89 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
